1. How do I get the payoff amount for my loan?
Please contact the local PFS Office that manages your account and they will provide you with an accurate payoff amount.

2. Can I pay my bill over the phone?
Yes, you can conveniently pay your monthly bill through one of our customer friendly payment options using your checking, credit or debit card accounts.  Our Toll Free Automated Payment system is available 24/7.  Simply call 866-996-2876 and have your twelve digit PFS account number and valid account information ready.

3. Can I pay my bill over the internet?
Yes, Our Online payment option makes it easy to process your payment by check, credit card, debit card and enroll in recurring payment option.  Visit us at www.pfs-corp.net

4. What other forms of payments do you accept?
Conveniently pay your monthly bill through one of our customer friendly payment options using your checking account, credit card or debit card.

  • Payments can be made in any one of our branch locations by cash, check, credit card, debit card or money order.  CLICK HERE to find a location nearest you.Payments can be set up to automatically be drafted from your checking account by completing the Draft Request Form and mailing it along with a canceled check to your local branch.


  • If you would like to change your due date to better suit your family budget please complete the Due Date Change Request Form** and mail it to your local branch.If you are behind on your car loan and would like to see if you qualify for a deferral payment call your local branch to help you complete the Deferral Request Form**.

    5. If I have not received my first statement, what should I do?
    Please contact your local PFS Office and make sure they have your correct mailing address.

    6. I am behind on my car payment, what can I do?
    There are many tools we can use in order to help you get back on track. Good communication is the key.  Contact your local PFS Office and discuss the situation with your account representative.

    7. Do I have to maintain Comprehensive and Collision insurance coverage at all times?
    Yes. You must maintain both Comprehensive and Collision Insurance coverage on your vehicle with deductibles not to exceed $500 at all times.  In addition PFS must be listed as Lien Holder/Loss Payee PO Box 811, Spartanburg SC 29304-0811.

    8. I received a letter from PFS stating that my payment will increase due to not having required insurance coverage. However, I do have full coverage insurance. What should I do?
    You need to contact your local PFS Office or have your agent call 800-523-6404 to provide the necessary insurance information.  For your convenience you may visit our Website at www.myinsuranceinfo.com

    9. What happens when I do not maintain Comprehensive and Collision insurance?
    If you do not maintain Comprehensive and Collision insurances Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI) will be purchased on your behalf.  The premium amount of the policy will be added to your loan balance and your monthly payment will increase.  Please call your local office for further explanation.

    10. Does Collateral Protection Insurance fulfill the State requirements of liability coverage?
    No, this insurance only insures the collateral.
