PFS COLLECTOR
Department:
Branch Operations

Reports to:
Branch Manager

Job summary:
Support the office in the daily operation of the branch office. Performs necessary branch collection activities as a means of minimizing losses.

Responsibilities:
- Provide good customer and dealer service
- Solicit for personal loan renewals
- Prepare and process personal loan applications
- Assist in maintaining the order and integrity of the loan folders
- Assist in maintaining insurance filing
- Perform collection activities on delinquent accounts, by both written and telephone communication, as well as customer home visits
- Compliance with all state, federal and Company collections requirements
- Assist in transporting repossessed automobiles for disposal
- Ensure all repossession activities are in compliance with Company policies and procedures
- Receive loan payments and post to customer accounts
- Assist in maintaining cash drawer accuracy and security
- Prepare and handle office deposits
- Assist in branch record-keeping requirements
- Assist with the development and training of all new personnel

Job requirements:
Prior experience with customer service. Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations. Valid state driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Access to reliable transportation for use in employment. Computer literate.

Educational requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent

 

PFS ASSISTANT MANAGER - MANAGER TRAINEE
Department:
Branch Operations

Reports to:
Area Supervisor

Job summary:
Assist manager with overall operation of branch office including all phases of business development, credit extension, collecting and training of office staff. Assume leadership role in absence of manager.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with developing and maintaining dealer and customer relations
- Assist with account gain through proven loan judgment and effective customer and dealer solicitation
- Ensure good customer service by giving quick and consistent credit decisions
- Ensure compliance with state and federal lending regulations and Company policies
- Ensure that the SAWS technique is used when evaluating a loan application
- Ensure proper automobile appraisal by using Black Book
- Minimize delinquent debt through collection activities both by telephone and fieldwork
- Ensure that all collections techniques used are performed with state laws and Company policies
- Assist with managing acquisition/disposal of repossessions
- Accurately estimate the recovery values of repossessed automobiles
- Ensure reporting of branch record-keeping to corporate office for accounting purposes
- Maintain office cash with accuracy and security
- Develop and train branch personnel
- Assist in supervising the office staff

Job requirements:
Previous finance experience. Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations. Have an ability to make good business decisions and be a good team leader. Computer literate.

Educational requirements:
Four year college degree or equivalent finance experience.

 

PFS BRANCH MANAGER
Department:

Reports to:
Area Supervisor

Job summary:
Manage overall operation of branch office including all phases of business development, credit extension, collecting and training of office staff.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Reports to:
Branch Manager

Job summary:
Support the managers in the daily operation of the branch office.

Responsibilities:
- Provide good customer and dealer service
- Solicit for personal loan renewals
- Prepare and process personal loan applications
- Maintain the order and integrity of the loan folders
- Maintain insurance filing and record-keeping system
- Perform collection activities on delinquent accounts by both written and telephone communication
- Ensure all loan contracts are funded in a timely manner and compliance with Company standards
- Ensure all Company invoices are paid on time
- Receive loan payments and post to customer accounts
- Maintain cash drawer accuracy and security
- Prepare and handle office deposits and checkbook transactions
- Prepare and assemble reports for remittance and for branch record-keeping
