Yes. You must maintain both Comprehensive and Collision Insurance coverage on your vehicle with deductibles not to exceed $500 at all times. In addition, PFS must be listed as Lien Holder/Loss Payee, PO Box 811, Spartanburg SC 29304-0811.

If your Comprehensive and Collision insurance lapses, Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI) will be purchased on your behalf. The premium amount of the policy will be added to your loan balance and your monthly payment will increase. Please call your local PFS Office for further explanation.

If you would like to change your due date to better suit your family budget, please call your local office to obtain approval. Once approved, complete the Due Date Change Request Form and mail it to your local PFS Office

If you are behind on your car loan and would like to see if you qualify for a deferral payment, call the nearest PFS Office to obtain approval. Once approved you will need to complete the Deferral Request Form.

If you wish to dispute any information that we have furnished to a credit reporting agency, you should put the dispute in writing and mail it to us c/o Consumer Reporting, PO Box 3146, Spartanburg SC 29304. You should include your name, address and telephone number along with your account number, the specific information you are disputing, and an explanation of the basis for the dispute. You should also attach all supporting documentation or other information necessary to substantiate the basis of your dispute.
