At A Branch
Drop by any branch to pay by cash, check, money order, or cashier’s check. We also accept debit cards and some prepaid cards at your designated PFS branch. Get answers to your questions and find out what other services we offer. We love to meet our customers. No additional fee.
Send check, money order, or cashier’s check to the address listed on your statement. Do not send cash via mail. No additional fee.
FOR DIRECT LOANS OBTAINED IN SOUTH CAROLINA
If your documents were executed in a Professional Financial Services branch in South Carolina, and funds were advanced directly to you, making payments online is not available. If you financed your vehicle purchase at an automobile dealer in South Carolina, with a retail installment sales or similar contract, you may make payments online. For concerns or problems with your payment, contact your local branch.
Direct loan customers still have the following options to make payments:
- By mail with a check or money order
- By phone with a debit card during business hours
- In-person with cash, check, debit card, or money order
- Via our Mobile App
